On the questionnaire, make sure to fill in your name and mailing address or email address so that your candidate(s) can send their responses back to you.

To see who is running in your district, visit the candidate filings page of the Minnesota Secretary of State's website. Once you find your candidates for a given race, click on their name to find their contact information.
